Its something to do about cats evolving.

Im not sure but I think it says war between our species is inevitable. That evolution cannot be stopped and the cats will rise. We cannot coexist.....And then something about seeing the streets of human cities run red with the blood of their children.

Why would they bother? If its a WW2 code then it has no real relevance now, that and with out any sort of context it'll be really quite difficult.
