Hi all got a 1.6 corsa sport with aircon. Noticed my windows are always steaming up and I came to the car this morning and the passenger footwell is like a swimming pool! I noticed some water dripping from around what seems to e the big aircon box behind the dash, anyone got any ideas or previous experience of a leak like this?

I see the heater matrix is a common problem in a "c" and that normally leave a puddle in the passenger side footwell but not sure if its same with "b's"

The car has not lost any coolant and the water is dripping of the bottom of the aircon unit behind the dash

Clean out the rubber drain spout holes under the scuttle panel, which helps the water drain away into the engine bay, and not the foot wells.

Today I removed the scuttle panel pollen filter ect and found my aircon was full of water literally a puddle about 8 inches deep, any idea how the water is getting in there?

You need to clean out the drain down by the master cylinder, ram a stick down it, then was the rest out with hot water from kettle.
