Built a c20xe it's standard at the minute so around 150 bhp or so but want abit more power out of it like 200 -250 but stuck on decisions on what to do to it .... Like the idea of turboing it any ideas people on what to do ? Thanks

Staying N/A and going for 250 bhp is going to be mega money compared with a C20Let

Budget??

To get a genuine 200bhp and keep it N/A you're probably looking at at least £1k. For a 250bhp N/A motor you could probably times that by 10.

This thread probably won't be taken serious though seeing as there is an endless amount of info available with a quick search of google.

and the rest..

Basic spec for 200bhp

Throttle bodies and associated bits
injectors
Arp rod bolts
Managment
exhaust - preferably including a manifold
cams (264's at least)

Thats minimum

That was just an estimated guess on the hope you could maybe pick most of it up 2nd hand.

Make a twin engined corsa. 2 x XE = 300 bhp

im looking but only seen a couple reece were have you seen loads for sale ?............ well to be honest when i started it i couldnt reallt find a let that wasnt fucked really loads of xes were looking tidy and alot cheaper so settled for that then

have a look at my build and mine has got a ported polished head dirct to head bodies steel rods omega pistons arps double valve springs dta s40 pro ecu 440cc injectors and that has 198hp
