Well, technically it's a teaser trailer teaser...

http://trailers.apple.com/trailers/paramount/startrekintodarkness/

I never watched the original Star Trek films or TV series but was blown away by the 2009 reboot. Can't wait to see the sequel.

The trailer doesn't show much yet, except that the visuals will be stunning (awaits Ivi to explain how they're not at all).

TNG series 1, 2 and soon 3 are on blu-ray, perfect excuse to watch them.

I fcuking love JJ Abrahams, he's up there in my top 3 directors.

As you say, the 2009 reboot was right on par, I wouldn't expect anything less with this.

Nah the later series of DS9 with the war against the dominion was the best.

I enjoyed all the series except for the original Kirk one. Seen every episode and used to watch them on Sky1

There is rumored to be a Worf spin off that may be made soon also

Even Enterprise wasn't bad when I watched it from the beginning.

Yeah, they do look a lot better re-mastered.

I wish TV Picard was as hardcore as movieverse Picard, he's to chatty in the show

Only ever watched Voyager and Enterprise, enjoyed both.

Saw a few episodes of DS9 but never really got into it.

Loved the 2009 film, watched it on BD the other night actually.

Undiscovered country and first contact are good. Other than that, pretty much.
