well where to start really, some of you will have seen this on facebook or one of my previous threads. progress is quite slow but ive got the majority of parts. bought it as a shell last year and wasnt quite sure what route to take. as its white i decided to keep it that way with the usual gsi kit etc lowered and my 1st choice was an x16xe... that was swiftly changed to an e16se gsi nova engine with a courtney turbo conversion. so the hunt was on. managed to source a manifold, t2 turbo, oil filter relocation kit and complete engine and a spare bare block and head.
1st up needed some welding to rear archs and engine bay was strenthened and had gsi spec strut top plates fitted
started filling rear archs

Always fancied doing something like this my self but solid shells are way too expensive and i dont like the idea of chopping and welding. Lol. Im sure this will be a good project to follow

digi dash
new steering colum
gbox fitted to engine
engine finally in after painted engine bay
then it was left for a while, i bought a black sri and fitted an x16xe and it was nearly finished but needed too much welding for an mot so it was left n stripped for bits. so it meant lots of parts for this nova
new panels
finally fitted the interior
so nearly up to date, last week i got the underside redone, painted parts etc and whole floor painted white
so thats it

before removal
baby xe
rewired the engine loom
took out interior to rewire inside using the loom out black nova
started fitting it back in
finished painting floor
