Missus had a bit of this material left from making a Christmas present and I've always fancied black pillars and head lining so while watching TV this afternoon I trimmed my A B and C pillar (only on of each ATM)... What do you think? I quite like it, might go all out and do the headlining too!

Yes I'll spray/trim the speaker grill lol!

Ace

Pillars/headlining is something I'd like to do in my car. I was going to do it in my Civic too but the sheer number of hidden airbags scared me away from ripping interior panels off

Lol that b pillar has airbag written on it so I was a little scared, till I ripped it off and discovered there's nothing behind it! I assume there are curtain airbags above the headlining so ill have to seek some professional advise if I want that trimmed.

Professional advice? Disconnect the battery if you're that worried. But you will be able to drop the headlining without removing the airbags.

And it looks good!

Yeah it s a bit shit, had to cut the panel to get the seatbelt out, otherwise it was dismantling the whole rear of the car to unthread the seatbelt over it. I'm really liking it in the light, I'll go take some more pictures in a bit.

Graham, what I meant is about the airbag deploying!

I get the impression that the headlining peals back if the curtain airbags deploys!

Night time pictures never do anything any justice. So I'll reserve judgement until you get some better photos

Sorry, I don't like it.

Looks a bit random and doesn't fit with any of the other materials in the car.

Was much better before.
