I'm looking for some advice on my build as Iv heard so much different ways.
Wiring: my c is a diesel van. Where do I wire the c20let loom to ?
Gearbox: what shafts and mounts is used for all 3
Tank/ fuel lines: do I need to change this for a petrol model tank and lines ?

I think more people have attempted the Z20LET conversion, rather than the C20LET conversion as it is easier, and straightforward.
Beardy is probably the best guy to ask.
I know a guy near me built one of the first C20LET Corsa C's in the UK back in 2002/3, but I can't remember exactly how he did it - I know he had to run the C20LET ECU and the standard ECU side-by-side to get the dash working etc.
Sorry I can't help anymore

Fitting either c20 or z20 is the same. I no roughly how to wire it. Just not where to wire and mount the ecu

With the tank id guess you would need a petrol one fitted so that the pump is mounted in the tank rather than in the engine bay like a diesel?

2 men off here to speak to would be Derv-Power (Michael) and BigRon1988. Derv-Power converted diesel to petrol so he could help there (Izuzu to Saab iirc), BigRon1988 put a Z20LET in a Corsa C. (Which is now up for sale) Both are real helpful.

Any reason you're sticking with that specific car? Best advice would be to sell up, buy a 1.2 petrol and a Z20LET

Cheers. Ill look them up. I don't want a corsa car. I want a van. And secondly I hate z20let engines. IMO everything about them is shit

theyre very similar, but the Z20 is better.
like i say, it would be easier to fit a Z20 to a 1.2 corsa because you can just remap the corsa ecu which is physically the same as the Z20LET ecu so wiring is much easiser. then just stick van windows in the back.
will be easier than fuckin about with all the associated fueling parts from changing a diesel to a petrol

pritty sure the diesels have pumps in the tank, its just the filter in the bay.
