Hi all,
What kind of exhaust setup would I need for a 20xe corsa with standard manifold if I wanted it to :
-Be loud but not crazily loud.
-Pops and bangs.
-Spits flames when revving hard
I was thinking if I placed a 2.25" system with a twin box system without cat, would that allow the above requirements?
Also are there any companies that do "off the shelf" systes for a xe'ed corsa?

I have a 4-1 manifold race spec, but heard they can alter the "dynamics" of the engine or is the guy who told me that chatting bubbles?
And surely that would be too loud and illegal?

Thanks Liam, .
So you had a middle box silencer and a exhaust back box? 2.5" seems good. Plus did yours pop/bang? I love it when they do that lol.

I will do Jed Its a "no expense spared" project lol so I'm sure you will be interested!
A sneaky pic of V6 corsa:
X30xe with x25xe ECU and inlet creating a 234 bhp with print out
Anyway, back to the 2.0 exhaust system. Setup will be:
M-tec power cap, equal length shafts, F16, Brand New clutch, Superchips ECU (genuine) and a low mileage head (not coscast) but will be running a cool running thermostat.
Also have a digi dash in place atm:

 funny guy! lol. Would you have a video by any chance? It's so I don't buy or look for a exhaust system and find out it's not the kind I wanted. I want it load when I press my foot and let it shoot flames if need be. I presume it definitely will as the ecu I'm going to be running has a superchips chip on it so it will probs cause it to over fuel anyway

No vidoe's mate sorry one of my mates tryed to record me pulling away from him and my car spitting flaims through the gear changes as well.
It wasnt overly loud tbh but the sound was there when you put your foot down i was running this system on a x16xe that was running slightly wrong as it had a x14xe ecu but the system come off a corsa C20XE

Spitting flames when revving hard will be down to over-fuelling surely, and nothing to do with the exhaust??
No matter what exhaust you run, you aren't going to be shooting 6 foot flames out the back. You might get the odd bit of un-burnt fuel igniting, but it won't result in "flames".
Seriously, from what i have read so far, you seem the type of guy that give's Corsa's a bad name. Yeah we all have a bit of fun and what not, but specifically requesting a system that shoots flames makes you sound like a bit of a knob imo.

Corsa_sport. I know what you mean, but I don't understand how you can judge me over the internet after producing a few posts as being a knob. I don't want flames like too fast too furious type of stuff. I'm not going to go round tesco car park either and start revving the hell out of my car. Nor am I the "showing off" type. Please don't judge me as that type of boy racer guy who gives the corsas a bad name. That's far from my intentions dude. I'm sure later on you will change your mind.
Thanks Liam,
I will put this all together and make a decision depending on what I can get hold of.

Im now 23 and have plans for my car that i prob would never have done when i was younger iv learnt a lot from my mistakes of being young and stupid as everone does and i dont know anyone who didnt do stupid things when young.
