This isn't the answer you want, but save your money and drill your airbox.

drill it for free and say the cash. It's simply not worth buying one for that engine IMO.

What can I say, I'm a sucker for induction noise, no idea why just love it lol. Will drilling the box do that?

I really wouldn't waste that sort of money on it, I had a 1.2 8v as my first car and they are dangerously slow

Drilling the box produces the same sound a cone filter does imo.

On that engine you're not gonna see any gains anyway. If anything you're just adding problems like heat soak, probably using more fuel, etc.

Honestly, get the drill out tomorrow, follow a guide on here and drill several 2p sized holes on the box underneath. My Audi and Vectra sounded awesome after a drill session.

I tried a cone filter on my 1.0L 12v Corsa and had a drilled and derestricted airbox with Courtney Sport panel filter and no cold air feed and both sounded pretty much the same, I think the cone was a tad louder.

To actually answer your question, it's single point fuel injection and not a carb. For some reason people on the internet get confused by this sort of arrangement and even call it an 'electronic carb'. It's still injection though.
