On my Corrado VR6 Corrado

Fitted the R32 rear wishbone bushes and powerflex front ones.

Debushed the wishbones

Difference in the bush (main thing i notice different is the hole in the metal part is smaller, actually a better fit)

Front Bushes, melted these out with some fire

Rubbed the wishbones down

Painted

Rebushed the wishbones

Fitted them. Car looks filthy underneath already (but i spose it is the bottom of car so to be expected)

I had my rear beam off before. Am guessing a bmw is a bit more involved. Am going to take mine off again. Will probably buy a spare to refurb soon. Best way.

did this on my mk3 - made a huge improvement. The R32 / TT bushes are definately the way forwards. Apparently the powerflex ones wear out very very quickly (the rear ones not the cotton reels)

Yeah didn't want the rear powerflex. Got advice from the internet and wanted to go the Internet route on this car.

Im planning doing this to the astra in the summer, rear beam off and painted with new bushes and then move onto front wishbones. Never renewed bushes or polybushed a car before, supposed to make a fair odd's? Especially on older cars where the bushes are probably shot
