I've been thinking HMV will close for months.

The one at the shopping park in York closed a few months back and the one in town has been looking on the verge.

Heard about this Sunday. Doesn't surprise me, their shops are always dirty and smell bad.

Plus you can never find anything. There seems to be no logic in how things are kept.

It was rammed at Christmas. I guess the only time.

Pretty sure the picture in the article is Milton Keynes too

However, this woman looks like a complete bitch and looks like the type of person to make this shit up 'cause she is a bitter and twisted old hag.

They're gone from March too (the direct sales bit, anyway - they'll still have their wonky marketplace thing for dodgy sellers)

Retail is going to continue taking a hammering these days.

It's just so much more cheaper to buy things online a lot of the time, and more convenient too as websites are open 24/7 for trading - whereas that is not the case for the majority of retail stores (and England has this stupid sunday trading bollocks still).

shame really, admittedly i have used their site over their shop for years as its cheaper than in the shop but still, shame to see them go if they do, looks like no more randomly buying old non chart dvds on the high street.

Wasn't even 3d!

Good tbh, shops are shitholes normally run by people with no social skills and long hair, no order in them at all, everything stupidly overpriced.
