Has anyone had one done recently? Look for estimated costs involved, also is there any change in building regulations regarding fire escapes etc? Cheers

How long is a piece of string, depends how big, to be done properly 10-25k.

Can be expensive and with reefs as they are these days a lot of places simply cannot be made to comply
