Any know the correct size fitting for the XE?

The iv bought a gauge came with 1/8" fitting just wondering if it the correct size or do i need another?

No it will be a metric thread. I think it's M14x1.25 or 1.5

I thought 1/8 npt was correct for the xe but you will need a T peice so you can have your warning light and guage. I need said t peice too.

dont need a t piece there are 2 holes at the back of the block with grub screws blocking them , one is the turbo oil feed that is blocked of

cant you use the standard c20xe one that bolts to the oil pump

Thats interesting. Do yo know what the thread is? 1/8 npt?

Just flicked through that Ron,so i do need that adaptor for the 1/8" sender fitting or have i picked that up wrong?

The inner thread on the sender looks to be about right if you can remove the end. Youll want some crimplugs to join toin the sender and some eyed ones for the guage + im guessing two 7or8mm nuts.

Yeah its Stack one Ron,says 1/8" npt on the box.Does this fit the block fine?

What do i need to wire it up,just the 3 prongs on the bottom baffle me.

the top 2 prongs are for the light , so 12v on the left and earth the right for the light to come on with the ignition

bottom ones i cant remember all so take a pic of instruction if stuck, but middle one goes to ground to, can use the same ground as the light one, one of the other 2 goes to the sender, thats all i can remember
