Come already built i think. As for how long to fit, depends how much experience you have doing it, although it's really not hard.
If it's you're first time i'd allow for a few hours but tbh i done mine in about an hour.

Pretty low, not sure on the exact amount but mine are wound all the way down and it's got to be easily over 100mm+
Edit: And yes you can use standard top mounts.

FKs are fine for the road. Fitting wise can be a bit confusing if it's your first time, get a pic handy of how the top mount fits and which parts you use and then it shouldnt a be a problem. If you are used to doing springs then it'll be dead easy for you.

JOM's are highly rated for budget coilovers.

Ive always said it depends on the car in regards to budget coilovers.
Some cars ride better on budget stuff compared to others on the same brand. I personally think its all down to how good the standard shockies are in comparison.
Like for example, from experience, Mk4 Astra's have really good shockies as standard, comfy at standard ride height, and even when you put -60mm springs on them, the ride comfort isn't affected. Lifespan will be reduced mind you. But when i fitted some budget Jamex coilovers, the ride was terrible. Bad enough for me to remove them the next day.
My old Polo Gti had JOM's, and they were decent enough for a budget coilover.
My current Prelude has Teins, and im not a massive fan of them, even though they are far from budgets. Pretty stiff.

FKs are scary when you hit any sort of bump at speed not bad for a budget set up though, if its just for looks and you don;t mind a harsh ride then there good for the job.

A mate of mine had joms on an e46 330 and were pretty much wound right down and the ride wasn't actually that bad (I know each car is different) and people on the e46 forums seems to like them.

I use fk street coilovers on mine and for £160 delivered off ebay i cant complain. Rides not that bad but what do you expect for 100mm front and 70mm rear. Lol i admit there are better setups but not for that price.lol

Fks are not harsh really. What lowered car do you know thats smooth??? If i lived near id take you out with my cav slabs on and 50 profile tyres. No worse than my girlfriends standard 08 plate design corsa D.

Lowered dosn't always mean harsh though. A good suspension kit will still retain the comfort level.
Ive been in a few lower spec Corsa D's, and using that as a benchmark for a smooth ride would be insane. lol.

Design is basically top model corsa D. Lol i was just saying i havent been in a lowered car that is comfortable. And between me and my bro ive been in a few. My bro had super expensive spax coilovers on a mk4 golf gti and that was fecking horrible. Id rather drive my corsa.lol
