As i have more time after next week i want to get back into the gym. I have membership already so there's no issue there.

Before, when i was single, i was there every night for a whole month mainly running as lost half a stone. I've since been getting fed every night, lunch put in my bag and put on a couple of stone over the past 18 months. I've probably been the gym 4 times since.

I want to lose the little belly. I've cut down on the beer and trying to eat more veg and meat.

What's the best way to lose that weight in the gym?

Cardio. Depends if you want to just lose the fat or turn it into muscle though.

Lmgtfy....

I'd do both cardio and weights, both will burn calories (the end goal) but it won't be boring as fuck doing 100% cardio

You can't turn fat into muscle.

I would do cardio (rowing is good as works upper and lower) and compound movements/excercises to engage multiple muscle groups and keep your body guessing. (doing thousands of sit ups won't really help you) Try things like planking, high rep squatting etc

You need to assess your diet also to see where you could be going wrong within that.

You will also need to make sure you get decent amount of sleep each night and reduce any stress levels you may have.

^^^--- This but you also dont need to go 6 days a week you need rest days for your body to repair

Shouldn't be too bad providing he doesn't work that same areas consecutively.

Liam is right about rest, Would definitely dedicate a couple of days rest at first though as you're only just starting back.

Ab work outs won't lose the belly. Smash the cardio so you're sweating like fuck, then be sure to replen your body with good food and repeat.

Jack3d worked well for me. Only downside was it kept me awake at nights.

It will work on any blood type, just people will have different reactions to it.

I've tried that Jack3d gear, only once though, and I found it quite unpleasant. Felt like I'd swallowed a couple of swedgers before the gym and couldnt sleep that night. I definitely wouldnt recommend it to anyone.
