Now i've been told about this 'carb cycling' for rapid fat loss.

Basically a 3 day cycle of;
High carbs
Low carbs
No carbs

On my high carbs day, i eat well (stay away from high fat foods) and train that evening.

Low carb day is usually, toast in the morning, fruit mid morning, rice cakes with either tuna or ham etc then a simple low carb evening meal.

No carbs day i usually skip breakfast (purely because i don't fancy tuna for breakfast), lunch is tuna salad and evening meal is fish of some sort, with a salad.

A few questions;
Does anyone have any experience of this?
What can i have for breakfast on my no carb day?
What sort of time scale should i expect to see results?

At the gym i do mainly cardio (weight loss program on the bike x 2, which is 66mins), then occasionally do reps on the weight machines (biceps, shoulders, chest etc), but not mega sets.

Now i'm happy with my body apart from my 'belly' (all the result of beer )

Anyone advise any exercise and/or other meal plans?

may sound stupid but how does cycling it differ from just reducing your carb intake daily?

seems a bit odd to have loads one day less and another and then none when you could just spread that same amount of carbs over the 3 days.

id swap 1 of the biking sessions for treadmill as biking isnt the best for weightloss or so i am led to believe.

diet wise im not the best person to comment mines pretty shit.
