No it's for a garage door
Long story cut short out garage gets a lot of wind and rain heading straight in
Roller shutter bangs like fuck when down and makes us look closed
So made a frame with a caster on the bottom to hang from the side that's going to be covered with 4mm poly and swing round.
Looking open, stopping wind and rain. With no noise

Have you tried a glazing company. Most glass places will sell it.

Look for a local acrylic fabricators, they will sort you out with some and cut it to size. Postage will be a killer on it.so find one local and see what they say. Look for point of sale suppliers or sign makers.

Don't use perspex, it's shite and will break before you even fit it.

My advice, is to redesign your frame to accept the windows that are divisable by 2500x1250mm as this is the standard size the sheets come in. You can then cut it yourself with a circular saw or jigsaw.

If you buy custom sizes you will pay for the full sheet anyway and they will keep the waste. so may aswell save yourself the money

I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

Yes but lee I don't need any specific shapes. I just need 2 2m by 2m sheets of 4mm thick polycarbonate
If you can get hold of them let me know a price. Obviously not at cost or trade cos my guess is you will be a arse and wouldn't give me things at cost or trade
