My fuel pump is running contant atm, when my cars not started fuel comes out the valve on the fuel rail but when i start the car and press it nothing comes out, is this ment to happen and if not what could be wrong, am using an x10xe loom so had to link my 1 litre and xe relays together and when the cars started the 1 litre relay is clicking

Have a good look on here for the wiring instructions and recheck it,sounds like you`ve wired it wrong somewhere,as for the valve fuel will only squirt out when under pressure so watch your eyes!
