Got a 1.6 and my second gear syncro went so got a replacement box i had electric speedo before and i found out after put box in that the box i put in was a cable drive one, isit a case i can just swap it around or?
Need to know asap as it doing my head in with no speedo!

Lets you use a mechanical driven speedo box with electric clocks pretty much

The white bit is the speedo drive which you should have in the top of your gearbox,first black part is the speedo transducer which converts the drive to electronic signal(part no 90532632)you can get from gm,autovaux or srcappy if you are lucky and the last bit is a round 3 pin plug,scrappy also!
Type in speedo transducer to the net and you will get a good wiring pic.
