im thinking of getting a universal Remote central locking kit
unsure if i need the c/l motors ?? i have these all ready..

No you shouldn't if you already have them, just need the receiver thing updating I think.

Ahh i see, was just thinking it would be easyer to get in and out of my car, with the current driver door barrel going.. ive seen a universal kit for £15 quid or so

When I fancied this on my Corsa which already had central locking I went all out and got a Cat 1 alarm fitted. Toad Ai606 or something like that.

I wouldn't waste £15 on something which could be faulty and randomly unlock your car then
Poke up with standard central locking.
