Just a quick one here, I won an an auction for a game and paid straight away however the transaction states "payment pending" and PayPal says the funds have left my bank account and cleared into my PayPal account. I assume now that all the work on my part is done and and I'm just waiting for the seller to accept my payment and send the item? It says on PayPal that if funds are unclaimed after 30 days they'll be returned to me.

As a buyer I have eBay fully on my side right?

Have you had a payment receipt from paypal?

Usually you get a quick email to say what and who you've paid

It will be because the PayPal address and eBay account email addresses are not the same for the seller

Had this on my account

The seller needs to contact PayPal and make sure the addresses for both eBay and PayPal match
