my insurance renewal just came through, as it runs out on 21/3/13.
i have 2 non fault accidents on my policy, one is 1/3/10 and the other is 5/2/11. they ask for any accidents within the last 3 years.
am i right that by the time my insurance is due to be renewed, the one from 1/3/10 will be removed as it's over 3 years ago by that point?
quite a big deal really as it's come in at over £900, and when i checked it last week it was £650 (with 1 accident).

you would've thought they'd do that already though, rather than sending me through a renewal notice with both accidents still on there. or is it all done by computer nowadays?

Probably hoping you just don't notice to be honest and if anybody points out their mistake they'll blame computer error.

You will need to change the details though because they will just leave it on there

As graham said, will just be seeing if you don't notice. Mine came through £300 more than I was quoted online, both admiral. It's bullshit.
Said on the phone
Me - "I've found it cheaper online"
Admiral - "oh have you, who with"
Me - "you"

complete tossers, they are!
andy, my cheapest quote of £648 was also with them. bit of a difference to the £909 they want on the renewal
i bet a lot of people don't bother shopping around either.

Played around with Zurichs quote system, has things on there like whether you have paid monthly or yearly in the past few years, and this affects the price they give you
