Depends on what engine you have, if you have a c16xe you will need to swap the inlet manifold for the lower part of an x14xe/x16xe manifold to this you will be able to fit the PowerBox.
If you have an x14xe/x16xe all that is required is to remove the top part of the inlet manifold.
Hope that helps.
If you require a lower part manifold pm me as I may have one I can sell you.

Just seen the pics you posted up in another thread, from the image of the engine it would appear you have a black plastic inlet which tells me you have a C16xe, therefor you will need the lower x14/x16xe manifold.

Yep, going by the pics in your project, its a c16xe.
You will have to soure a lower inlet manifold from either a x14xe or x16xe. This is because the tops of them are flat, the c16xe one isn't flat, it has a locating rim on top.
Had to do the same when fitting a Mantzel to mine. Easy enough to do.

if you have a plastic inlet then you will need an x16xe lower manifold

but good news is it looks like you have the better engine

Buy one that have been removed, the lower inlet is a right bastard to get off.
