I say "daily", but he's retired so more like weekly, as my Mum's Jazz gets used as a runaround and he's got the Birkin as his toy.
He finally chopped in his 9 year old E-Class which he's had from new. Usually he doesn't keep a car longer than 3 years but he loved the E and does little mileage so kept it longer.
Merc really go to town with the customer experience and do a "presentation" of the car. Quite alot of effort as its not "that" special.
And before anyone posts "Worst look at my Dads new car thread ever", i've only posted as some might be interested. Its not an Aston or anything like some peoples parents on here have!!

Was that last part a dig at me
Love how they present it like that makes the buying experience that bit more special. What model has he gone for, we were at the car shop a few weeks a go they had a merc in there and there very well made cars.
Feel extremely good quality inside with some very nice touches.
Get pics up

It's gonna be hard to drive with that sheet covering it
Any pics without the sheet?

I'd feel like a right prick when everyone's looking at me expecting some ecstatic look on my face when the bed sheet is removed.

Noooo. Not a dig, just saying that i'm not posting to show off as such, as its not that special compared to some, just though some people would be interested.

When my mum gets a new BMW they usually chuck in a BMW cap or something too and some flowers and she wears the cap with the top down on the way home How embarrassing.

Car in showroom, sign stand with customer name on etc. Pretty good I thought. Especially considering its 1st day of new reg. The sales guy that my dad has dealt with has 4 deliveries today alone, all getting this treatment.
When I got my Audi it was just parked outside, no flowers or anything. Wasn't brand new tho I suppose.

I hope that's a lambswool sheet or that car will be swirled up to hell!
Friend of mine bought a brand new mini, they did exactly the same stuff.
