I notice this a lot, especially with Corradi (probably as i look at them most)

People who have owned a car for say 2-3yrs and then come to sell it and they use the same spec as when the car was last up for sale. I spose most of it is ok, but its things like "brand new VW engine fitted"

But that engine was fitted 2yrs before he bought it, and he has owned it at least 2yrs, so its been in a car for 4yrs, not really brand new is it?

Is it worth mentioning things like that, also with stuff on the drive train, brand new bushes all round (yeah, 4yrs ago and not by you, its just copy and pasting stuff).

All my cars have had a brand new engine fitted at the factory.

The one that does my head in is 'full engine rebuild with no receipts to prove'. You see this on every for sale ad to do with an engine/car, why has no one ever got receipts to prove?

People using old pics / previous owner ones. My mate keeps doing it with his Clio 182 and it was mint when he bought it a few years ago, nowhere near that now like it is in pics
