Some of you may of seen I was after a newish car for £7k that's good on fuel, has all the mod cons and still pretty nippy etc.

I was swayed towards a BMW but after going and seeing this I loved it.

It's a 2008 VW Passat 2.0 TDi SEL 170bhp
1 owner
FVWSH
80k

PX the A3 in and gave the dealer a few quid and walked away with this:

My old man had a few Passats back in the day and loved them.

I'd personally save a bit more and gone for the 3 series. The 5 series is looking really good for the money as well.

Nice car mate

Cracking car - especially on the motorway.

Cruise control at 100 is so relaxing. Not many 'joe public' cars do it better for the money.

Are very boring though.

2.0 170 also came in PD form. Think this will be a PD.

Jim

Looks nice, high mile tho? Not that it looks like it has done the miles, would be worried about resale though.

Drove one of these for even evening taxi-ing drunk family members about. Was lovely, don't think it was a 170 model though.

And sat nav

Done some miles though.
