The rest of the car wasn't that well put together at 15k miles so take that into account.

Not a 182 but have a 1.5dci in the family with 114k on it and runs fine and worst its needed suspension / bush wise is balljoints and a rear shock. Rest has been brakes etc with general wear and tear. Unsure how good the sport suspension etc copes with mileage but thats a wee insight

As said, if its been looked after should be ok. Springs snap and rear shocks leak. Hazard switches pack in. Rear exhaust hanger rubbers break, new ones from Renault are about £50
Mine had 71k on when I got it, sold it with 82k on after 7 month, was very well looked after, but also go driven hard, did a track day in it too with no problems at all.
I had a broken front spring so replaced all 4 with Eibach's changed the exhaust rubbers and gave it a service.
What sort of price is it? And color?

My engine and box worked as well on 125k as they did on 20k when I bought it. Rest of it was fucked though

Bargain. I'd snap it up. Both cup packs too. And the color is black gold, same as my old one. Looks ace in the sun!!

Like what matey?
Interior was starting to rattle, steering wheel was completely fucked and had issues with the climate control and electrics in general.
On the plus side parts are very cheap for these, I bought ball joints, tack rods and top mounts (all for under £100) which when fitted made it feel and handle like new

My 172 is on 116k, two owners, sailed Mot, had cambelt and dephaser done recently, and had a clutch go. Other than that its not costing me a penny. Gutted to be getting rid of it really, but needing something bigger.

Mine's on 116k mate it's running really well. In fact it's better than another 182 I owned which was on 45k that's the honest truth.
I've owned this one for over a year now and nothing's cost me more than £15 to fix (brake light switch) and the cruise control failed but I fixed that for free. Although my standard exhaust has finally gone this month but it's just an excuse to get a Piper fitted

Nice 150 mile drive back in it, surprised how comfy it is, averaged just over 40MPG on way home cruising about 70/80mph!
Its got the RS192 Scorpion system on it with decat. Not too loud but might stick the cat back in.
The idle is quite lumpy but i've read they are all like that?

Yup they are great on fuel. Mine used to average 33mpg driving 3 miles to work and 3 miles home. An bit of town driving. Great on a run.
RS192 is a good system too!

I remember being surprised by the fuel consumption. Pretty sure I used to get 350 out of a tank around town and I never hung about

Fit proper tyres! Mine had standard Michelin Exaltos when I bought it and when I changed them to Conti Contacts it actually handled better on the worn Exaltos! Not that I'm saying CCC's are bad tyres just the Exaltos are amazing. Not cheap though
I fitted a blue flame system to mine and the boomyness wrecked my head after a while.
If just concentrate on keeping it in tip top condition I I was you.
