When accelerating around 2k RPM I get a vibration through the dash, what and how can I stop this its just annoying it's on an astra h diesel if that makes any difference. Don't know where to start looking

Flywheel? Why would those cause the dash to vibrate doesn't always do it at 2k some times doesn't do it at all but when it does it is then

The dual mass part of the flywheel has failed and that's what causes the vibration. Vectras do the same

That doesn't cause a vibration through the dash. It's quite obvious when the flywheel is on the way out.

It'll be a bit of dash loose, not an expensive engine component failing

was going to say, it drives absolutely fine, just seems like a dash part but not sure where??

Only way I ever find out is to get someone else in with you and just push/hit everywhere until it stops.
