Hope this is the right section but I need to gain between 2-4kg in 3 months as guided by the hospital, what is the best way to do this?

I have no idea where to start!
Thank you

Yup quit smoking, eat more calories than you burn.

Eat good food too, not McDonalds or chips but extra portions of veg, meat, sweet potato etc. gaining half a stone is easy in 3 months.

What do you eat? How much and how often?
Do you exercise? What type of exercise and how often?

Do you really need to ask the question??

Eat more food... And when you want to lose weight: Eat less food.

Simples.

Stop swimming. At least don't do it more than once day a week.
Generally strength training will be better for you than cardio.

If you're a skinny type, chances are your body is processing everything you can throw at it all by it self, so exercising too much is negatively affecting your issue.

Eat more. Have at least 6 meals a day. Try to eat at 7, 10, 13, 16, 19 and 21 each day.

Every other meal should be a big one, smaller ones in between.

An apple or banana isn't a meal.

Don't eat junk food.

Consult a real life expert. I don't know what the fuck I'm talking about and neither do these other retards.
Talk to a dietician.

Tbh its not rocket science. Eat more food with higher calories and carbs and do less exercising.

4kg is nothing tbh.

Eat more often, whatever you see eat it, minimum of every 3 hours when awake, and sleep as much as you can at night. Keep swimming, but chill out a bit, not at pace, and try not to burn so many calories.

Drink more water too.
