The engine has been out of the car and sat for about 3 years with oil. The engine did work before hand but there were some issues with the ECU/wiring side of things (which I have since sold) The only known problem I noticed was I must have cross threaded the 4th spark plug, so that will need re-threading.
The engine isnt looking its best and is missing a few items like the rocker cover, manifold etc. Im selling due to the fact I need it out of the way.
It had a full rebuild by Jamsport and has only covered 6,381k miles since, so will be ideal for someone wanting a good spec engine to build on!
Below is some pictures of the engine that I took last weekend and I have pictures of the invoices for the original work carried out. I will also put a brief spec list below as its quite hard to see in the pictures.
I spent a small fortune on this engine and im letting it go for alot less!!
ARP rod bolts
It originally had a mild Pipercams 265 kit but after the build I swapped for a 285 cam with a mate
Pipercams vernier pullys
LUK clutch with 6, 381 miles on (fitted same time as engine)
Ported and Polished cylinder head
Refaced block
Refaced Head
Crack regrind
Rebore per cylinder
1mm oversized Mahle pistons
Thats the main spec of the engine which ran 130bhp on the rollers when fitted.
There is NO LOOM, NO ECU, NO MANIFOLD and NO GEARBOX
Engine and radiator SOLD!!

Mark would the rad be ok in my 1.4 sport. Mines leaking at the minute very slowly and i was going to put a bottle of rad seal in which is £14 and im feeling putting that rad in my car is not only cheaper but a better option.

^that rad will fit a 1.4 sport no probs.
I can't believe how cheap you're doing the engine, I'd have it myself if I still had a vauxhall!
