^ agree, also saw a new A3 S-line today, look like a bigger, smarter A1, some nice cars about atm.
Hyundai looks quite practical given its a 4 door too but looking at the rear interior shot I've no idea how that opens

Was driving behind one of these the other day. Only really saw the rear of it and didn't like it one bit. Looks good from the front in those pics though.

some bird down my street has one in white. it's a decent enough looking car, but i still can't get over that hyundai badge.
i also don't understand the idea behind having only 1 rear door. it just seems odd.

This.
From certain angles it looks great, but when assembled together it looks like 5 separate designers who had never met did one surface each

They are a 3 door. 2 front doors and one rear door. Must have been on acid when they designed it. Lmao

Ah that's why I couldn't figure out how the OS rear door opened from the interior shot...it doesn't

did you look at the a3 from directly behind it? you'll notice the rear lights are far too elongated and narrow and it looks very strange.
sat behind one last night and i couldn't believe how weird it looked.
doesn't look AS bad there, but it just doesn't look right compared to the outgoing model.

You ever had 4 passengers in a 2 door and when you drop them off you have to get out, fold the seat forward etc etc...
Obviously designed by someone that has experianced that a few times and got pissed off with it

Or maybe it has the structural integrity of a Piper PA28 and the chassis is only strong enough for one door.

Yeah Ben pulled out behind it, can't say I noticed anything odd about the rear lights, front end was nice with the new style DRL headlights.

maybe so, but what has that got to do with having 1 rear door?
you're comparing it to having no rear doors at all, whereas i'm saying it should have 2, as it makes no sense.

Someone is still going to have to clamber over to the farside sticking their feet god knows where. Might as well have added the 2nd rear door tbh.

I actually prefer those rear lights compared to the old one, although not seen one in the flesh as of yet.

My lady friend has the Veloster. So cool in the flesh, quite nippy too. Love the fact it's a "proper" 3dr car. .
