Any decent restaurants within range? Got an early flight on Tuesday morning so we're gonna shack up in a Holiday Inn near the airport on the Monday night - fancy like a decent meal out. We've got a car, so can travel a bit of distance from the airport if it's worth it.

I'm a bit of a curry fanboy usually, but I'm not sure that's clever before a day of traveling Will eat just about anything though if it's nice

Gogo suggestions

Damons do nice ribs although its nothing special, but being in Speke you dont have much choice, it's a 5 minute walk from the airport so you could have a little drink too.

Just noticed you've got the car, yeah if you don't fancy Damons shoot into town as Munchie suggested.

Cheers guys, how's parking in Liverpool if we decide to go into town? I've never been!

All you can eat Indian is tempting, but I had the squirts for an 8 hour flight last year and even though I'm only hopping across Europe this time, it's really not an experience I wish to repeat

Damons is a good shout. It's quite expensive and I didn't think the food was that nice. Town, again i'm not a massive fan. Nando's is good. Beefeater Grill on Queens Drive is decent and if you fancy somewhere not as upper class, cheap and do really nice food i'd recommend The Jolly Miller again on Queens Drive.

Noticed the other day Hannah's Bar in town do food. Used to drink there a fair bit. Will be trying that out in the next few weeks I think.

I thought Damon's restaurants went bust, they must of just closed the Derby one, shame as it was rather good.

Gulshan is a good shout, not least because I can see it from my house.

Failing that town, Q Park and go upstairs in Liverpool 1, choice and its nice enough.

Curry in a random elsewhere in town I personally wouldn't give a go if you're flying.
