Looking at a cheap one of these which has a fucked gearbox, but which model of box goes in the car? Thinking its an F20 but not sure. Also, how much would I be looking to pay for a suitable box?

Cause I'm getting a genuine GSi Vectra for £200. Not sure yet, might be getting a fully off-road kitted Daihatsu Four Trak for £250.

Aye, plus the body kit so I'll either be keeping the car good or stripping it & selling off the bits.

I would easily pay £200 for a Vectra Gsi with a fooked gearbox as long as it was in standard form. Wheels, bumpers, seats etc are all things that sell easy enough.

This one has alloys with it but no tyres, but that's not too bad cause I've got some 45's sat about here somewhere.

Anyone know what a Vectra GSI would fetch as a fully running car in good nick?

Arches and doors are meant to be good, forgot to ask him the MSD number.

If it got £750, I'd be happy!

750 is sound if you gave 200 and it just needs a box.

I think they're a bit cheap at the price, probably worth hanging on if its tidy and seeing if they back over a grand any time in the future.
