This comment (though marked as spam) gets is right:
"A wide lens makes things looks faster, a long lens makes it look slower. So in this comparison, even though the F-1 is going 2 or 3 times faster, the visual perception we get is that it's going 10 times faster. Hence, tricky, not a good comparison. If you want to compare in a good way, you show the same shot, same angle, same lens."
