power is a hard one mate as ive got a tubular manifold and massive turbo and external waste gate plus some hefty injectors but all depends on how it does when getting live mapped realy. aidan the bump strips are getting removed when its getting painted mate and its getting 5 studded soon as some one lets me know what i need and how to do it

That's cool, whats the engine out of? Just wondering why the big kink in the i/c to inlet pipes? if that's to go round the battery, would it not be better to move the battery and straighten the pipes up?

it was an intercooler kit of my old subaru mate but thats sold now and i have a brand new kit sitting in a box to be fitted.engine was rolling roaded in the doner car at 215bhp so i hope for more that 300 with the mods i have realythis full car owes me less than a c20let engine can be bought for so thats my reason behind it

looking at the height of the engine i guess it`s a 9000 engine, the 900 engine is shorter, which have you used a 234 or 204,the standard ecu`s are very good and an me remapped using t5 suite.i have a 204 with td04 turbo that i was fitting in to a corsa last year but gave up and it`s now going in to a mk4 astra van instead.

I thought about this for mine. Only problem about mounting is that you have to cut 1/2 the driver side chassis leg off to clear the water pump

Far simpler and easier to fit a C20LET tbh.

Never get this something different nonsense, if there is a solid purpose/advantage then fine. Doing it to be different is just a bit Internet.

300bhp is cheap and easy and will do it all day long. No idea why you want the added agro tbh. Fair play if you are bored and fancy a challenge.

Thing is there is no Agro.
They fit a piece of piss, some ones even made some mounts,
The ecu is completely home mappable using t5 suite,
Some one even knocks out adapter looms to fit corsa's/astras ect,
Bottom end is good for 500bhp,
Oh and they are a shit load cheaper than a c20let,

So really why wouldn't you?

Obviously there's a weight penalty.
