I have just joined a gym to increase my fitness and overall health. Currently wanting to lose the torso fat and shape my arms and shoulders.

Any advice on exercise routines and healthy eating.

Thanks

Normally the gym will offer you an induction of sorts and set you off with a basic plan?

normally machines will tell you on them what parts they workout, if not look online for a plan, , i just downloaded an app called "fitness buddy" and its really good, gives you pre planned workouts and tells you how to do everything and which exercises you need to do to work each area, also lets you plan your own workouts.
