Can't see it. He has unfinished business with the CL.

Rumour is 1 more season with Moyes as his No2 who will then take over.
Mourinho will never be Utd manager.

i can't quite make my mind up on this. I think the circumstances surrounding his eventual departure will be just like this tbh....i.e coming right out of the blue rather than stringing it out.

He's having hip op in summer. Maybe he's realised now is the time.

Makes sense to me to have his successor work alongside him for a season. Moyes would jump at the chance with guarantee to take over.

Moyes is a poor choice. Tesco Value Ferguson.

Whatever happens it needs to be right, I can't be doing with a club sacking managers every 5 mins, that happens at other clubs, not united.

The only reason Mourinho would be dodgy. He'd have to get all the boredom shit out his system first.

In fact I can see United dropping away after Fergie goes.

Impossible to predict as its like no other job. Psychological blow though you'd think. The Fergie factor is massive.

Really can't see him at United. Too controversial.

Mourinho is on another level. Never saw Fergie poke someone in the fucking eye?

Mike Phelan will probably take over and why wouldn't he? they will want somebody to run the team the way Fergie runs it and nobody has seen that more closely than he has, Queiroz probably would have got the job if he hadn't left.
I genuinely can't think of who I'd like to succeed Fergie, We just have to hope er maintain the same philosophies and we get somebody in who will stay for another 25 years

I don't think it would be mourihno sadly especially after benitez press conference where he said we all know who it will be.
God knows why he wants to go back to Chelsea though
