Some people on here know I like my veedub vans and I had a 1960 Splitscreen a few years back. I bought myself another, x reg one his time though, I've got to put an interior and bed in it, do all the electrics myself and do some trick bits inside then use it for camping. I got it for a good price and these are just gaining value every year if they get well looked after. Had an mot this week and plenty of mechanical bits done recently. I should pick it up next week. I'll be tidying it up, getting the paint flatted and mopped and get the bumpers resprayed as they are bit scruffy. The alloys are Audi 18" and need a couple of centre caps.
I know it's not everyone's cup of tea but it's what I've been looking for and I know I won't lose money on it like most other cars nowadays.

Nice! I like t4s, it's the sensible choice for a camper. Better than a type25!
I'd get them front lights smoked for sure. Wouldn't mind one myself if I had somewhere to put it

Transporters of all ages are well popular amongst the biking fraternity. About 5 at Antur Stiniog yesterday. 1 horrendously modified with a bright green paint job and dodgey body kit.

Yeah the car park at whinlatter last week was full of them. Few mates have t4s and I can see why. Throw bikes and people in and off you go no messing around. Definitely looking at selling up my cars and getting one.

These are a craze round ere ATM, most with silly "Transporters, Campers in disguise" decals
Not as cool as campers, but a million times more practical I'm sure

I'm using mine for my MX bike for a while til I can afford an interior. Mine was a transporter but it's had the side windows installed. So apart from the interior, it's as good as a camper.

The wonders of dads builders Transit. You care even less about the inside and front so mucky clothes are a goer too!

I do t think I'd like one. But they fascinate me and I'm not sure why they aren't more popular.
It's a van but as its VW it seems a tad more refined (been in a few taxi variants)
I think it's cool!
