been going the gym for 2 months now and have lost my belly etc though exercise and my change of diet so now i feel its time to start building my muscle up. i can see small difference in muscle but looking at protein powders and not sure whats best for me. i want something that will just help build and repair muscle quicker and not put weight on me. anyone?

Get the cheapest one you can find as long as it's whey protein, they're all the same.
Supplements are the least important aspect of your workout.
