my repair bill for 2 air bags is over 2k. no body work damage, no painting needed.

of course they did john-t. all they did was send me a form to fill in, i filled the form in, they then sent me a letter acknowledging the form while sending me the same form to fill in again, which i did, which the acknowledged by sending me the same form out again. that happened 4 times now, and now i have a letter asking why there is a price difference between an estimate for the parts, and an estimate for the repair, enclosed was the same form to fill in again also.

i dont want money, i want the air bags replaced so i can sell the car.

Won't be marked as anything since its not written off.

Surprised they are fixing it to be honest, most insurers don't go over a certain % of the value. And that's about 75%.
