Hi all im looking to put my corsa back on the road this friday it is sorn am i able to insure it and take the normal documents to the post office and tax it or do i have to do it a different way thanks

Just go to the postoffice with insurance and mot and they should do it there and then, thats what i did

cheers mate my only problem is am i able to drive the car to get it taxed or do i have to leave it and tax it before i get in it

I wouldn't imagine you would get points/fine if you we're genuinely on the way to the post office and had all your documents there etc, but it's your choice to risk it or not

Ill have everything there and the cash as well lol but i dont think ill risk it I dont want to loose the car or get points/fine
