why dont you buy a set of allen keys and try them until one fits?

I need a socket with a key in it, I don't fancy paying £40 odd for a decent set, as very rarely use them. Obviously in an ideal world is buy every single size to fit every size ratchet.

compare to the hose clip .. to me this bolt looks like 7 mm allen key mate

Yeah but do you have a normal set of allen keys? you can just try them, find the correct size then go buy the size you want on a socket.

Thanks guys, I have no idea where my Allen keys are tbh, I had a few sets once upon a time
