I am selling this engine on behalf of a friend.
Here we have a 1.6 8v single point injection engine out of my R reg mk3 astra estate. Unsure of engine code as i havnt had time to clean up the block to find it.
Its done about 120000 but still runs perfectly. It does make oil disappear over time and unsure as to what that problem is, possibly valve stem seals.
Its been regularly oil changed since i got it 2 years ago and has been run on only shell fuel, mostly v power.
Selling due to bigger engine to go in.
Comes with full loom but no alternator, starter motor or gearbox.
Looking for £100 or sensible offers. Collection only and cash on collection. In two weeks time this will be put on ebay.
