Of the car they own?
I seem to get bored of my car after 12 months and fancy a change.
Had the MPS a year now and its a great car.
But I just fancy a change
seems to happen every 12 months, anyone else get this?

Because you all buy family cars and not proper car cars.

Don't actually get bored of the car. I think it's more cos I like searching for cars and finding the right one in the right colour and spec etc. rather than getting bored of what I've already got.

Get bored of mind occassionally, probably because I use it everyday. If it was a weekend only car it's most likely be different.

Jim, you'd get bored of the Corrado if you did any sort of serious mileage

and what would be a normal round trip journey in it? I regularly (at least once a week) do a 500mile round trip for work on top of my normal 60-70mile daily commute and I couldn't think of anything worse than doing it in something old, clattery and stiff.

in Jims eyes the Corrado is the best car ever made so he'll never admit he gets bored sometimes

About 16miles to work, 16miles back, usually a 40-50mile trip in the evenings.
It does feel a bit stiff and uncomfy sometimes, rattles and noises have never bothered me tbh But when i drive a different car i'm soon reminded how much i hate the soft suspension, no feeling of the road and poor brakes.

Surely with the new engine though it must feel like a new car.

I'm not debating whether it's a good car or not but you have to remember that some of us on here need cars which suit the driving that we have to do and can't necessarily have cars that we'd really like to because they're just not practical.

I get bored that I can't fix it up and make it look the way I want it to due to money. I'm not really bored of the car itself, a bit more grunt would be nice but I know I'd end up binning it in a ditch then..
I'll probably get it exactly how I want it, have it 6 months and get bored and move onto something else tbh

Same here, even new cars don't seem problem free these days, i feel some people buy a new car with the thought it'll be perfect & nothing will ever break and paying out all that money is ok because it will save all that stress people had with their old car.
Its like every time i have an issue, the normal people tell me to buy something nice and new rather than fork out a few hundred pounds to fix a problem.
Things wear out no matter what the car and i'd rather be replacing and upgrading bits on a car i like, rather than keep jumping ship.
