I used citylink last week. I put the size at 100 x 50 x 50 which it was bigger than that and i got it next day. I always put the sizes smaller

I've recently had a Passat bumper delivered in massive box for 14 quid I think it was, next day.
Paisley freight.

Might be worth trying interparcel, I think being honest on that size will be the struggle.

Paisley Freight were absolute shit for me.
My bumper got lost. It finally arrived to me about a week or two later after a load of shit customer service. It had a tonne of chips all over it, no packaging left on it and a foot print on it.
They did it through city link I do believe, so if it was PF or CL I'm not sure. Either way I was not impressed in the pitiful £10 I received in compensation.
