How do you get these rain stains out?

Tried G3 with machine. Tried Clay Bar. Tried polish. Any more ideas?

And,

What's the best thing to get the masking tape glue off? It's been on a long time now.

I'd try white spirits on the glue, rain stains look bad

What kind of machine?

If a rotary and not making a mark in those marks probably want wet sanded.

It looks just like this one...

So might have to wet and dry it then?

I'd ask Rich H for advice tbh. But if you have tried shifting those with a rotary like that and G3 they must be well etched into the paint. Depends how far to if it will wet sand out

Use a stronger cutting pad and compound/polish. There are product combinations out there that will burn right through paint so will sort it but its just about finding out what to try.

Wet sanding can be a tricky game to get right.

Personally I would take it to a local Detailer and pay a few quid for them to sort it.
