I ran it around like this for a couple of week - To get a feel for the car and just to make sure nothing was wrong

It was only boosting to about 5psi and running pretty rubbish, Changed the Spark Plugs for some Astra VXR NGK Iridiums which cured it,

Also changed Spark plug covers as the fake carbon was abit tatty

I then lowered the front end down a tad as it looked abit silly so high - These pics where taken at a local car show

It goes and handles like a boss tho. Rosejoint/Polybushed throughout - Gaz coilovers, AD08's, Cossie turbo etc, Goes very well indeed!

Been doing abit of tidying up on the wiring side of things, Also added a black oil fillter cap as I though the yellow always looked abit out of place!

Also managed to snap a bloody bolt holding the Engine mount to the Mount on the chassis leg which ended up having the engine sat on the chassis leg

He has had it for about 4years now. Not touched a single gasket or rebuilt it. Taken abuse after abuse and its still fine. Was out of his old car which he had rolled. My mates got. 350bhp 1.6cvh he has for 2 years. Granted the engine has had about £5k+ planted into it but its realiable and gets abused and have had no probs..

Took the car for abit of Drag racing at a local Drag strip yesterday - Never done it before and it was a great test just to see what the Corsa could do...

Great day out - Managed to beat quite a few cars which I didnt exspect. MI16 205, 350z, RS Turbo's - My old Starlet which is 300bhp just had the upper hand on me.

Here are some times, Best I managed was a 14.08 in the wet and 1.60 60ft time which was quickest throughout the day.

Here are some vids, Excuse the quality..

Against a modified CTR

And against my old 300bhp Starlet

This was also my first attempt at using a GOPRO which I forgot to use in the day :-(

Cars now off the road to repaint everything, Try to de-clutter the Engine bay and go all out...

Was having boost issues, Wuddnt hold boost and a lot of chatter from the air filter, Cuddnt run my forge DV as it used to run shite... Discovered the problem

Spring had been removed and someone had DIY blanked the o.e valve. Time to replace with a forge goodie..

I also bought a half rear cage from Atkins, I mock fitted it
as it still needs spraying along with the strut brace..
