Hello , im going into my final year of university in sept and ive opted to do a business plan rather than a dissertation.
my initial idea was to do a car breakers , which specialise in old hot hatches.
i'm a fully qualified mechanic , and now work in a casino so i was also thinking of doing a poker room
has anyone else got any ideas? , basicly it can't be to complicated and needs a unique selling point and a gap in the market.
This is just a vitual plan , i wont be going a head with the business idea.
just everyone else seems to do bars and clubs so i want something that stands out.
Que the comments of why are you at university if you are asking the internet for help haha

My final year business plan was building bespoke in car computer systems, had a lot of help from business link but parked the idea to take a decent job straight out of uni

How viable does it need to be, as a friend did one and his was completely unrealistic interms of expected sales inline with the market etc but the information was there and it was relative to the figures he had produced on his financial forecast so it was allowed.

I want it to be fairly viable , as we have to give a 30min dragons den style presentation so I dont want to get ripped apart by the 'dragons' , a new idea that could be good is maybe a taxi company , or even a second hand car sales place. I will do realistic , pesimistic and optimistic sales forecasts to account for all scenarios
