Start up engine revs up and down between 800 and 1300 but soon as I drive it clears up?

check TPS or ICV .. Throttle possition Sensor or Idle Control Valve .. this is the usual issue, otherwise air leak maybe

they stay on the throttle body, (where ur acceleration cables goes)
test .. go to ur local garage and ask them to make u OBD2 test orr do a paper clip test (if u dont know what paper clip test is type in google or on here aper clip test corsa 1.6 16v) .. Its hard to explain but its very easy mate.

Could be egr valve I've had problems similar to that I'm just goin to take it off altogether when I get a minute. Could also be idle control valve if it only does it when stationary. If it while your moving if also look at spark plugs and leads etc...
