Alright fella's

I'm guessing an astra coupe turbo (mk4) uses an f23 gearbox?
Just wondering if I can use that in a z20let corsa b or do I have to use the f26?

Any help appreciated

f23 can be used but as it cable shift you will need to custom make all the fittings for it and the mounts.
f18 or f20 will fit with ease though. all mounts and shift fittings off the shelf.

F28 will be the best option.

I'd use f23... Cable shift feels much better than the wank shift on a f28 etc,
I may have to fab some mounts up when I fit mine and sell them.

Yeah think I meant f28

It's a shame it's all custom work really for the f23 seeing as If I use a coupe turbo for a donor it's included, and from what I hear decent F28 boxes are getting harder to find.

the best f23 would be the Astra's internals with a Vectra B housing as it has mount points at the front where as the others on f23's are on top.
